Welcome to LiftSenseAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LiftSenseAI mobile application ("App") operated by AccuWealth Holding Oy ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LiftSenseAI is an AI-powered workout tracking application that allows you to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

LiftSenseAI's AI features (chat, workout planner, progression analysis, recovery recommendations) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, personal training certification, or professional health guidance.
AI-generated workout plans and recommendations may contain inaccuracies and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, certified personal trainer, or physiotherapist.
You should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. You use AI recommendations entirely at your own risk.
LiftSenseAI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Body measurement tracking (weight, body fat %, chest, waist, arms) is based on self-reported data entered by you. The App makes no medical claims about the accuracy, reliability, or health implications of this data.
LiftSenseAI is not a substitute for professional health monitoring. If you have concerns about your health or body composition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
LiftSenseAI offers a free tier and a Pro subscription:
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store as in-app purchases, managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
The App, its design, branding, AI models, code, and content are owned by AccuWealth Holding Oy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Exercise data and demonstrations are provided by third-party sources under licence.
You retain all rights to the personal data and content you create within the App (workouts, measurements, templates). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the App's services to you.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including health-related body measurements and AI conversation logs.
The App integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI), Supabase (backend), RevenueCat (subscriptions), ExerciseDB (exercise data), and PostHog (analytics). Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccuWealth Holding Oy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the AI features, or engage in conduct that harms other users or our infrastructure.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at hello@liftsenseai.app. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Finland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
